Warehouse & Farmers
Our Medan warehouses handle export preparation end to end: sorting, moisture and density checks, and cupping before we pack in 60-kg jute bags with GrainPro liners. Shipments depart via Belawan Port with clear documentation and timelines. We target moisture levels of 12.5%, provide screen sizes on request, and can palletize when needed. Typical lead time is 2–3 weeks after purchase order.

Our journey begins in the lush Gayo Highlands, where generations of farmers cultivate Arabica at ideal altitudes. With mentoring and direct partnerships, we ensure sustainable and traceable supply

Farms & Greenhouses
To protect quality during post-harvest, many of our farmers use modern greenhouse systems. These structures provide controlled airflow and protection from unpredictable highland weather, coffee to dry evenly while preserving its clean cup profile. By combining traditional knowledge with improved facilities, we ensure consistency in every lot.

We are an Indonesian green bean coffee exporter working directly with more than 25 smallholder farmers in the Gayo Highlands, with additional lots from Sumatra and Java. Through long-term relationships we support better post-harvest practices to deliver consistent cup profiles. Farms typically sit at 1,200–1,700 meters, and we offer washed, natural, and honey processes. Our focus is traceability, tight moisture control, and clean, repeatable cups.
Our facility is equipped with modern huller and color sorter machines, supported by suton systems and greenhouse storage to protect quality. Together with our farmers and staff, we maintain strict specialty-grade standards from processing to shipment.
Logistics Support
We provide clear contracts, COA and cupping notes, and manage export handling to your forwarder or door-to-port as required.
“I have been buying Mr Faisal's green and roasted beans for years, and I can always count on well-sorted beans with excellent taste. My favorite Arabica varieties are the honey, longberry, decaf, and luwak — but honestly, every recommendation from Dwipa Coffee has been reliable.”
– Mr. Daniel C., New York, USA

“After three visits to the Gayo Highlands—touring farms, Luwak reserves, cafés and processing—I’ve continued ordering Mr. Faisal's green beans. Across Luwak and specialty lots (wine, honey, fully washed), quality and pesticide tests have been consistently excellent.”
– Mr. Ryoichi Kakiuchi, Haneda, Japan
